Two people have lodged a complaint with the BSABB against the distribution plan of October 2023. This will delay the implementation by months.On 23 November 2021, the board of trustees of the Transporta Staff Foundation decided to initiate the overall liquidation of the Staff Foundation. The Supervisory Authority BSABB (BVG- und Stiftungsaufsicht beider Basel, CH-4001 Basel), issued a corresponding ruling on 1 December 2021. The entitlements to current pensions are safeguarded.
